Whole30 Buffalo Chicken Dip

Try this quick and easy Whole30 Buffalo Chicken Dip—a perfect appetizer or dinner! This recipe gets its deep flavor with minimal ingredients by combining Kite Hill Whole30 Approved Cream Cheese with compatible ranch. Ready to cook in 5 minutes, you can bake it, use the Instant Pot, or slow cooker. Enjoy with raw veggies or homemade tostones.

Ingredients You Will need:

  • 1 (8 oz) container Kite Hill Whole30 Approved Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Whole30 compatible ranch
  • ¾ cup compatible hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 3 cups shredded chicken breast

Optional to dip

Raw veggies such as carrots and celery, roasted plantain slices, or homemade tostones

Instructions

HEAT oven, if using, to 350°F. Set out a 1-quart baking dish. We used an 11×7, but a square 8×8 would work as well.

WHISK together (or mix with a mixer) the cream cheese, ranch, hot sauce, and all spices until smooth in a bowl, Instant Pot or slow cooker. Fold in the shredded chicken until well combined. See below for specific cooking method instructions.

  • Oven: Spread chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Instant Pot: Seal and cook on manual high heat for 15 minutes. Release steam and serve warm.
  • Slow Cooker: Seal and cook on high for 2 hours. Serve warm.
