Whole30 Buffalo Almond Butter Wings

These Whole30 Buffalo Almond Butter Wings are the perfect game day treat or weeknight protein. The recipe gets its unique flavors by combining Georgia Grinders Almond Butter with buffalo sauce and sesame seed oil, making this delicious dish a household favorite in no time!

Ingredients You Will need:

Wings

2 lbs chicken wings

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Sauce

½ cup compatible buffalo sauce of choice

⅓ cup Georgia Grinders Almond Butter

1 ½ tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp coconut aminos

Instructions

PAT wings dry, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

PUT all sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until creamy.

COOK prepared wings. See below for specific cooking method instructions.

  • Air Fry Method: Working in batches depending on air fryer size, set temp to 350°F and cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Oven Method: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
